Dig iT aL was born out of the anonymous illegitimate loins of Bassnectar. From two respective trips to the magical lands of Shambhala, where the Nectar did pour fourth in thick abundance, young Vipond & Living~Stone resolved to bring the juicy thwompy goodness home to Montreal. Through the gritty depths of the dirtiest Dubstep to the fullest extent of funking out... Dig iT aL truly Dig's iT aLL...and so will you!

Living~StoneCA

Living~Stone is a genre-hopping loop teaser who brings the party. Even the most sceptical folk-rock fanatic has been known to drop their tambourine and break into the dubstep slow bump at the drop of his hi-hat shuffle over the dirty big bass. He is a jump-up raver behind the decks- quite blatantly having as much fun throwing down the tracks as the bouncing pit of happy before him. He's behind the booth but there is no division between him and the dance floor.

DJ VipondCA

Sam Vipond brings an eclectic mix of sounds to the dancefloor, from mid-tempo glitch, to dubstep, hipster-house, funky breaks and beyond. His background in ambient sounds and appreciation for the avant-garde are evident in his live shows. A self confessed music nerd, the blips and beeps from the days when headphone music was his vice appear over big wobbly bass lines, the sort that make your heart go boom and your feet hit the floor. He holds it down every month at the Freedembass dubstep monthly as part of the Dig.it.al crew with crewmate Living~Stone.
