The prolific guitar, violin and electronically grounded AUN, is the brainchild of Montreal’s Martin Dumais. Since its inception in the spring 2007, he has collaborated in a live setting with such luminaries as Australian guitarist Oren Ambarchi, drummer Michel Langevin (Voivod), and shared billings in the noise, black metal, and electronic avant-garde realms. In that short period, AUN released no less than 9 albums. Now a duo with wife and visual artist Julie Leblanc, AUN has performed in the US, UK, France, Germany, Holland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, and Argentina.
