*** ATTENTION: Due to major repairs done by the STM, the metro yellow line (and therefore, Jean-Drapeau station) will be closed during the first two Sundays (May 18 and 25) and the last three events (September 7, 14 and 21) of the 2014 season. To access the event, visitors can take the shuttle bus system: shuttle #877 from Berri-UQÀM metro station, or shuttle #820 from Longueuil metro station. Details here.

From the island of Montreal
Join the bike lanes of the Lachine Canal at the Old Port. Follow the signs to la Cité du Havre, then to île Notre-Dame. Connect with the Parc Jean-Drapeau bike paths and follow the music.
From the South Shore
Join the bike path toward île Notre-Dame at the Victoria Bridge.
Bike lanes into the park are closed during the time of the Canadian F1 Grand Prix.
BIXI, bike sharing system
First, you have to subscribe or acquire a 24-hour or 72-hour access to use the service. Take out a bike as many times as you want. Trips of 30 minutes or less have no additional fees if you purchased a 24-hour or a 72-hour access; usage fees apply for longer trips. Three stations are available nearby the Piknic venue.

Leaves at all hours from the Jacques-Cartier Quays at Montreal’s Old Port. Consult schedules at the Navettes Maritimes website. The cost is $7,50 per crossing or $6,50 if you are a Piknic season pass holder. Discounts are also available to holders of the Accès Montréal card and the Inter-Rives pass. Once on the island, walk 350 metres in the direction of the music.
Take the Jacques-Cartier Bridge, exit Île Ste-Hélène. Drive to the La Ronde parking (P8). Parking fee is $16.
JARDINS DES FLORALIES
From the exit of the Jean-Drapeau metro, you have two options : go to île Notre-Dame via the Cosmos Bridge, then follow the directions to the Jardins des Floralies. Or take the 167 – CASINO bus. Friom the Casino bus terminal, follow the signs to Piknic Electronik. Les Jardins des Floralies are behind the Casino.
BICYCLES AND ROLLERBLADES
Join the bike lanes of the Lachine Canal at the Old Port, take the Concorde Bridge and descend toward île Notre-Dame. Follow the directions to Jardins des Floralies.
Take the Concorde Bridge or the Jacques-Cartier Bridge, and go to the P-1 parking lot on île Notre-Dame. Cost: $16. Walk along the Chenal du Moyne path and then follow the signs to Jardins des Floralies.
